Long Flap Steerable Style Fenders
These
Fenders Tilt and Turn!
The
leader in motorgrader fenders, MD Products,
has designed a very functional and durable fender
kit which utilizes a long mud flap that can
be hooked up on the back of the fender. There
is no need to remove mud flaps or fenders when
backing out of ditches or doing dirt work. The
flap is fabricated using tough fiberglass reinforced
rubber that has an excellent history of durability
featuring an attractive four-color design. Available
in Steerable Style or Rigid Mount, the Defender
Long Flap Fender is a big hit with machine operators.
The
Steerable Style Fender duplicates the tilting
and turning motion of the tires with no machine
interference.
Defenders
will stop rocks and abrasive road slop before
they get to the graders' windshield or paint
finish. These fenders are solidly supported
from top to bottom, virtually eliminating stress
cracks caused by vibrations.
Rigid
Mount Front Fenders
These
19" wide fenders are supported by a super-rigid
frame that clamps to the oscillating tierod for
non-vibrating and trouble free design. Rigid
mount fenders are used on Deere 6 wheel drive
models as well as Champion/Volvo, Dresser, Komatsu
and Galian motorgraders.

Combined with our front fenders, operator safety is increased with clearer visibility. With double the number of wheels to throw debris onto the backside of the cab, chipping paint and likely even a broken window, it makes good sense to protect your expensive investment.

- Stainless steel hardware
- Individual fenders leave room between tandems for operator engine compartment access.
- Engine doors will open on most machines.
- Fender assembly easily removed with only one bolt.
- Allow for full oscillation without interference.
 Available in two styles:
- Bolted on to the axle hub housing using the top four bolts. This design is available for all Cat and Deere machines. Accommodates even the side-mounted fuel tank Cat Tier 2 machines.
- Welded on to the top of the chain case. Accommodates most all machines (except Cat Tier 2 with the side-mounted fuel tanks). Requires welding the mounting block to the chain case. The mounting arm is fully adjustable side-to-side and vertically for additional tire clearance.
